Channel Strip Heaters

Rugged Heater capable of High Temperatures and Watt Densities

Capable of both high temperatures and high watt densities.  This style surface heater has been an industry standard for decades.

Type 304 Stainless Steel sheath provides excellent physical strength and resistance to high temperatures of up to 1200°F (650°C) as well as chemical corrosion.

Helically wound resistance wire coil made from the nickel-chrome wire is evenly stretched and precisely strung through the internal ceramic insulator, providing uniform heat. Magnesium oxide grain is used to increase thermal conductivity and dielectric strength and to fill all remaining space inside and around the ceramic insulator.
