About Georgia Thermal Products

Georgia Thermal Products is a privately held certified Women-Owned Small business located in Alpharetta Georgia. We have assembled a staff with over 40+ years of experience in designing and constructing industrial ovens and control systems. Our primary goal is to design comprehensive thermal solutions for newly established processes in fields such as pharmaceutical, aerospace, semiconductor and medical just to name a few. GTP recognizes the importance of customization and the need to develop new configurations and we welcome the challenge of taking those different approaches to improve customer products as well as maximizing productivity.  

Our dedication to continuous improvement is led by an intense focus to understand the process our customer is trying to do and achieve the results that are most valuable to them. Our presence is maintained by designing and providing solutions for demanding thermal processing applications.  We have worked with the world's top companies of which continue to rely on us for service, support, and future technologies.

PAST PERFORMANCE

Boehringer Ingelheim 

Designed and built a hazardous location oil-fired tray drying vacuum system for the use in the research and development of pharmaceutical and medical products

 

Los Alamos National Labs

Designed and built a vacuum oven tray dryer system for the removal of moisture from powders.  The system was also capable of being mounted into a glovebox

 

Lazarus Naturals

Designed and constructed a large capacity hazardous location rated vacuum tray dryer with solvent recovery for the processing of CBD and other hemp products

 

Collins Aerospace

Designed and constructed a large capacity thermal vacuum resin curing system

Designed and built a hazardous location electrically heated vacuum system for processing biotechnology products
