MODEL GXS

The GXS offers code-compliant drying for NFPA Class & Division, IECEx, and ATEX applications. The heating system is comprised of an explosion-proof heating array mounted to the exterior of the vacuum vessel of which heats the walls, the energy absorbed by the walls is then reradiated into the product inside the vessel. There are several advantages of hot wall heating such as anti-condensation, cleanability, and the ability to heat complex shapes and parts.

Full system integration can be provided which includes, explosion-proof vacuum pumps, fore-line & exhaust traps, and automatic atmospheric controls. Other features include inert gas sweeping to vacuum pump, sweep to atmosphere, steam or water heating, and process cooling.
